WCity VOUG is the newest commercial phase within WCity OUG, a master-planned integrated development by WCT Land in Taman Overseas Union, Kuala Lumpur. Main access is via Jalan Awan Besar and the KESAS Highway, giving the precinct high-visibility commercial frontage on top of direct connectivity to the surrounding residential towers, including The Maple Residences and Aras Residences within the same WCity OUG masterplan.
Design features include a covered drop-off area with a landscaped fountain, covered walkways, dedicated lifts for each retail unit, two levels of sub-basement parking (LG1–LG2), and GreenRE certification. The project sits on 6.71 acres of stratified commercial freehold land, and is targeted for completion around Q1 2030.
